Daska Hatton

Daska Hatton has been an Alexander Technique teacher for 15 years and has built up a reputation for being an expert in tackling disorders associated with stress, depression and anxiety.
She was selected as one of the teachers to take part in the British Medical Journal randomised control trial into the effectiveness of Alexander Technique lessons.
She trains future teachers at The Alexander Technique School, Queen's Park.
In 2003 she trained as a Craniosacral Therapist at the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy.
She is a Member of The Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique and a Council Member of The Craniosacral Therapy Association of the United Kingdom.
