I’m passionate about building teams which collaborate all the time; I believe XP is a great way to achieve this… I’m interested in Lean, TOC thinking and how to apply them to software dev. I live by principles and beliefs in how software should be built, but I’ve learnt to become a pragmatist over the years & understand that the most important thing is to deliver working software regularly, whilst having fun!
