Rylan Lewis

Arizona raised; married with children. All of my professional background is with the local In-State Casinos, specifically with Gaming. I attended school of and on throughout my employment with the casinos. This is a continuous on going element to my pursuit of a degree. I started working at Gila River Casinos as my first job with an entry-level position. During my employment in the Slots Department at Gila River, I continuously moved up in the rankings. I was then recruited to work at Casino Arizona to help with their expansion. Since my employment with their casino I was rewarded with more and more responsibilities and duties. Training and development was my area of proficiency. The duties I held outside of the Gaminginvolved being on the Employee Recognition committee, this group was involved with selecting Employee of the month throughout the year including planning a casino wide employee picnic. Served as an interim member of the Risk Management committee, this group oversaw the operational issues around the casino. Many of my professional development skills were attributed to working with such great people over the years. I would like to make my new career a success with more great people and bring my experience to another great organization.
