DAVA Masks

DAVA Masks is a project in Oaxaca, Mexico run by the Zapotec business DAVA Artesanal and the non-profit Tejiendo Alianzas to hand-make effective and beautiful face masks which reduce the spread of infectious airborne diseases (such as COVID-19). Our sales create a significant social impact, providing income to a network of artisans while preserving their textile traditions. Our project also offers a face mask donation program that serves rural communities in Oaxaca without the resources to purchase them themselves.
