Nothing is more satisfying than learning something new. Its not just about grasping the concept or solving for an answer, those are satifying outcomes, but for me its about the process. The intricacy of the problem, managing the steps, deciding the alternatives and weighing the possibilities.

I pride myself on simplifying the hard. Embracing the new and driving towards the unknown looking for answers. I'm a risk taker, an adventurer, and a bit of a dreamer. When a business or personal problem is confronted, I am never one to shy away and claim that this is simply too hard to tackle. I go clamoring along, head strong, determined, that nothing is impossible unless you fail to try.

I'm gifted, but I've earned it from experience. Working for a major technology company for over 15 years has afforded me a lot of opportunities to learn and be at the cutting edge of technology issues. I put 150% towards my work. I expect nothing less of those that I manage. I am also never unwilling to do the same thing that I ask others to do. In all things I like to be the catalyst.

In my personal time I enjoy consuming information. News, politics, social media, science, and technology are all areas that keep my interest. I'm a pasionate volunteer.
