Having worked for several large industrial corporations in various roles and management positions I realised that to really control my own future, I should be working for myself.

In 2010 I founded a Property Sourcing Business, an ethical investment property company, focusing on building cash flowing property portfolios for like minded property investors, initially focusing activities in the Humber region where 'cheap and cheerful' properties are in abundance and healthy cash flows can be found with strong rental demand. I have personally sourced in excess of 300 below market value investment properties for clients from varying backgrounds and levels of property investment experience.

Within twelve months of undertaking this property venture I was able to focus on our businesses full time and help many investors start out, or progress, on their journey to financial freedom, providing friendly approachable services and complete hands off and hassle free investment.

A Director of a professional letting and management company, providing specialist management of Houses of Multiple Occupancy both in the North in Grimsby and in the Midlands in Birmingham.

Host the UK Property Network Meeting in Birmingham and Co- Founder of AIM's, a Midlands based mastermind group of property investors and wealth builders.

Having helped so many investors become financially free through our businesses I now Coach and Mentor students to find there own property deals and plan for financial freedom, build sourcing businesses and/or letting agencies.
