Dave Roach

Dave was born in Montreal and moved to Ontario at the age of 10.. He attended high school in Kingston, and married his high school sweetheart immediately after graduation. Dave attended St. Lawrence College where he graduated in computing science.
Dave pursued his passion for sales and marketing by continuing his education at Queen’s university where he graduated with a Sales & Marketing Specialty. In the course of his career, Dave gained extensive sales and marketing experience at the senior management level in both private and public companies. In 2003, Dave retired as Vice President, Sales & Marketing from the technology field.
Looking for a change, Dave became a licensed Realtor in 2004. Dave quickly established himself as one of the top Realtors in Kitchener-Waterloo, and Team Leader of the Dave Roach Team.
While working with RE/MAX Twin City Realty, he was a member of RE/MAX Platinum Club for sales achievement from 2006-2011. The prestigious Platinum Club award is granted to only 5% of Realtors worldwide. In 2008, Dave was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of fame. At this time, he became a licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker. In 2011, Dave moved his team to Keller Williams Golden Realty Triangle. The Keller Williams values “God, Family, then Business”, and their strong focus on teams appealed to Dave.
Dave takes great pride in his family, and enjoys spending time with Judy, his wife of 45 years and their 3 married children and 9 grandchildren. Dave and Judy are passionate volunteers with Correctional Services Canada, where they support numerous chaplaincy functions at a local prison. Dave also serves on the Board of Directors of Ray of Hope, Creation Ministries International and is Chairman of the Redshaw House organization, a local halfway house for paroled inmates. When time allows, Dave enjoys a round of golf, and flying his remote control helicopter.
Dave’s approach to real is estate is to simply deliver high levels of service with integrity.
