The thing that drives me everyday is the will to win, the need to win. No matter what project that I am working on, I always strive to be the best.
It has always been my goal to learn something new every day and to always strive to be my best. Throughout my life I have been blessed-not to work on the easy projects, but to be given the hardest tasks with the direction to get them done. That is what I do best, find a way to complete a task, no matter if a customer that broke a machine at 6pm on a Friday evening or a website needs to be completed for a launch, I find a way to get the job done.
My experience in Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, and Sales, coupled with my technical background in Aviation Maintenance gives me a great overall understanding of business. Relationship building is the key to long term success, and that is what I aim to do, build relationships for the long-term.
My experience includes leading multinational teams and partnering on projects in the $XXM range. While serving as a Manufacturing Engineer, I was able to work closely with lead designers and customers aiming at standardizing and improving their machines. Experienced in coordinating international trade shows, and working on grass roots marketing campaigns, there is no task too big or small. Throughout all of my experiences, I have learned that if I do know the answer to something, never be afraid to ask.
I am currently a student at the University at Buffalo studying Business Administration, concentrating in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Graduating in December 2014.
I am especially passionate about working with small businesses, start-ups and small SBU’s that allow me to use my diverse background and diverse skill set to increase sales and the bottom line.
