"It" is me.

"It" is your organization.

"It" is your life.

"It" surrounds us.

Making "it" awesome, is what I do. And I love "it".

When I am not backpacking in the mountains or the canyons of the inner-mountain west or building sledding hills and snow caves for my sons or laughing with my wife over a bottle of wine; I am reading, writing, and working to make "it" better. Everything. I never stop looking for ways to help things be better. My wife says I am somewhat of a perfectionist, but I like to define myself as an innovative spirit. Things can be just fine the way they are...until a better way emerges. I love watching and nurturing the evolution of life, my sons, my wife, and professionally - I love nuturing and helping to improve organizations and leaders.
