Dave and Susan established Emergo Academy to further their impact, aiming to train 1,000 Crisis and Recovery Coaches. This ambitious initiative seeks to empower coaches with the skills needed to help one million people globally, spreading the benefits of their innovative recovery techniques.

Dave leverages his extensive experience in education and human development, along with his research in neuroscience and psychology, to lead Emergo Recovery and Emergo Academy. As Director of Therapeutic Wellness at Emergo Wellbeing, Susan applies her expertise in nutrition, functional medicine, and positive psychology to continually enhance their programs.
