At 40, Dave embarked on a new journey changing his lifestyle and making health and fitness once again a top priority. Dave became a High School Rowing Coach, Certified Spinning Instructor, Triathlon Coach, Author, Columnist, Public Speaker and at 49 he is a multiple Ironman Finisher.
