An extremely motivated IT and telephony support professional looking for a new and challenging role in the West Midlands.

Staple experience in the support of adds moves and changes, fault investigation and long term system development. Support of both in-house and client IT and telephony solutions, their network infrastructures and our own hosted Citrix, Exchange and Splicecom telephony platforms.

Primarily working at a base tier 2 level designing, logging and implementing scenarios to further diagnose faults, often liaising with third party service providers where necessary. Project managing upgrades, development work and new installs for clients.
