Why I Teach:

It's quite simple really. Three of my favourite things to do are learn, teach and create. Guitar teaching and coaching gives me an outlet to do all of these three things as well as help others to do the same and that's why I love it so much.

How I Teach:

For me, the most effective and enjoyable kind of learning takes place when a teacher learns about a students interests and then maps their teachings to those interests. I have often taught concepts to students drawing analogies from Soccer, Horse Riding and other hobbies! Also, holding a Diploma in Mind Coaching allows me to help students discover their own unique strengths (as well as any perceived weaknesses) in order to overcome any practice, playing or performance obstacles. Most of all I want Guitar to be an enjoyable and easy step by step experience for students and I believe that every student matters.

What I Teach:

I specialise in making the basic and intermediate levels of Guitar as easy as possible for students.

I am a registered Guitar Tutor with the Registry of Guitar Tutors (affiliated with the London College of Music). I taught Guitar for over 24 hours in Galway city in April of 2017 in aid of Jigsaw Galway, over €5,500 was raised.
