The staffing industry found me in 1995. People do not have to be in this industry for very long to determine if it is for them or not. I chose to walk away from staffing for a few years only to return to the profession that feels like home to me.

My experience goes back to the days of recruiting from a handful of resumes and tracking everything in a three ring binder with a divider for each skill set. I have experienced the evolution of the staffing industry. Today Boolean searches, internet sourcing, databases, job boards, user groups have all become part of our lives. When you dig down to the root of it all, networking is still king.

For the past nine years I have been with Volt growing our presence in the Kansas City area. On a daily basis I work with customers and members of our Recruiting, Sales Development and Operations teams to make sure we are achieving all of our goals.
