I’m compelled to do courageous things with creative people! I'm drawn to a culture that fosters collaboration valuing and honoring sideways thinking: always be creating, question everything and do more with less. I believe that when we listen, communicate, and dream it becomes less about winning or losing and more about creating experiences that make clients and cohorts raving fans because people matter most. I'm casual and amiable but live for the thrill of the hunt. To me, failure is learning and victories are to be celebrated. Together, I believe that we can change the world!
