I am a social entrepreneurship educator and management consultant with expertise in strategic change, earned revenue streams, entrepreneurial thinking, and innovation leadership for social good.

My current interests are exploring the human experience in systems and culture, be they family, work, or community. My research focuses on organizational culture, collective empathy, complex social systems, and creativity in organizational problem-solving.

My consulting work focuses on strategic change, workplace culture transformation ,and community collaboration. I have significant experience in the nonprofit and social sector, and I am skilled in troubleshooting organization challenges, facilitating collaborative change, culture transformation, and earned revenue development.

I have earned a Doctorate in Organization Development and Change (D. ODC), a Master of Entrepreneurship, and a BBA in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Management. I am also a Certified Professional Coach.
