My favourite question as a child was why. I never understood why things were the way they were. When I got to an age that I could appreciate what the world has to offer, I found myself asking, why not?

So why not? There are no limits only the limits we impose on ourselves and I constantly find my mind exploding with possibilities.

For the most part, breaking the global recruitment markets by inspiring, supporting and empowering recruiters to escape agency life is what has driven me since 2012.

I am fascinated by technology and the power the internet has to reach into peoples everyday lives whilst having zero technical ability or understanding!

The outdoors, a good glass of Valpolicella and a face ache from laughing are the things I look for the rest of the time.

I love to share my positivity and have been told my ability motivate and inspire knows no bounds.

This makes me happy.
