Dave Kerlin

Father of three sons and proud Grandpa to Marley, Kingston and Bodie. I make my living helping people buy and sell homes but only to fund my hobbies and passions which include travel, anything involving the ocean, technology, and listening to great music in small venues. I live just steps from the bay in Long Beach, CA and love to surf and stand up paddleboard . I'm also still "hoopin' it up" with some other former basketball players who live by the credo "the older I get, the better I was". On the work front, I have been serving my real estate clients in the LA and Orange County markets for over 25 years and have the "know how" to make buying and selling a home a positive experience for my customers.
