Dave Melvin approaches real estate like he lives, with complete and utter enthusiasm. In the real estate industry since 1999, Dave’s only focus has been to establish and build lifelong relationships with his clients. “It’s a simple formula,” says Dave, “Hard work, integrity, and establishing a level of trust with my clients.” This business philosophy is the reason Dave has established a strong referral base in the West Michigan real estate market.

Dave enjoyed a successful career in the jewelry industry before he decided to make a career change and go into real estate. In 1999, he started at Greenridge Realty where he spent thirteen very successful years. However, in October of 2012 an exciting opportunity to advance his career lead him to join a new company. He became an investment partner with Keller Williams and helped open the new Keller Williams North Market Center. Working for KW has been a real game changer. They invest a lot of time educating and promoting their agents, as well as offering all the cutting edge technologies available within the Real Estate industry; exciting and satisfying Dave’s savvy tech knowledge and appetite.

Dave moved to West Michigan in 1993 from the Lansing area. As an avid boater, Dave and his wife Julia decided that lake-living in the Rockford area would best suit their lifestyle. When he isn’t working or boating Dave serves on several committees and task forces with the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors®. He and wife also love to spend time in Hawaii and that’s where Dave goes to relax and recharge.
