I have a proven track record of improving customer loyalty, cutting churn, and improving customer lifetime value in some of the fastest growing companies in hypergrowth industries like cloud hosting, ecommerce, and healthcare IT.
I am the Vice President of Customer Success at Kareo, the cloud-based medical office software and services provider for small medical practices. I provide leadership for the teams tasked with onboarding, training, and supporting Kareo’s customers. I am responsible for driving strategies that enable Kareo’s mission: to free up Doctors’ hands so that they can focus on the important work of patient care.
I was previously Chief Customer Officer at Volusion, a leading provider of cloud-based commerce software for small businesses. I represented the voice of the customer across the organization, advocating for the customer viewpoint in strategic planning and daily operations. I led multiple functions at Volusion including customer support, process excellence, and human resources. I was named Executive of the Year at the National Customer Service Awards for my work in helping Volusion customers generate 3X more revenue than their competitors.
Prior to Volusion, I led the customer experience function at Rackspace (NYSE:RAX). In this role, I helped drive the ongoing evolution of Rackspace’s famed Fanatical Support™, ensuring that Rackspace’s customer experience would scale along with rapid company growth leading up to an IPO. Earlier in my career, I held various leadership roles at a variety of customer-focused companies including FedEx and GLS.
