Dave Nevins

Dave Nevins brings over 25 years of real estate industry experience to his position as chief operations officer at InterRent REIT and was previously the Vice President of Operations at CLV Group.

His role as chief operations officer has him leading a number of teams at the company in areas that include landscaping, energy management, operations, and construction.

Dave Nevins began working with CLV Group as a sales and rental agent. Using his talent and experience, he was able to move into other roles with the company, including serving as the property manager and vice president of operations. This experience has enhanced his qualifications as COO.

Along with his work at CLV Group, Dave also helps lead InterRent REIT, which owns and manages more than 9,000 high-quality units in 15 cities throughout Ontario and Quebec. CLV Group is the property manager for the InterRent REIT Trust. The InterRent Organization prides itself on a number of corporate values, which include quality, integrity, building strong communities and teams, respect and service excellence. In addition, the company has been able to increase distribution by more than five percent annually over the past seven years.

Dave earned his degree in economics from the University of Ottawa.
