Hello, I’m Dave. I’m a realtor living in Chicago, Illinois. Originally from California, I have lived in Chicago for over 20 years. I have spent the past 25 years with the primary focus of serving clients – whether own-ing my own small business in my early 20’s, as district manager at a well-known car rental company, or over the past 16 years working as a full-time residential realtor in Chicago. My business has been based almost entirely by referral, and thrives on making sure every step of the process is handled enthusiastically and professionally. I have successfully helped over 400 clients buy, sell or invest in real estate and am consistently ranked in the top 1% of all Illinois realtors.
