I believe business success is achieved through authenticity and offering value. I'm not interested in the latest 'ninja' tactics or get-rich quick schemes.

I focus on client satisfaction, retention, and relationship management. I have experience managing relationships with accounts both large (Comcast, ATT, Cablevision) and small (single owner small businesses), as well many in between.

I've worked for myself since 2003, starting three businesses, two of which I've sold. Prior to that I spent 13 years in increasingly senior corporate management roles, with full P&L responsibility for budgets of over $25 million, personnel management of up to 30+ staff members, and responsibility for the performance of various departments including customer service, sales, and technical services.

I've been online since before the internet was cool and have built more websites than I can count.

I believe that seemingly complex problems are often best served by simple solutions. And coffee.
