I am an experienced HR professional with close to a decade of expertise in Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition.

I currently deliver the agenda of building a Future Fit organization by developing Senior & Middle level leaders in a truly global telecommunications organization - Vodafone. I do this by aligning myself to organization’s strategic priorities.

In past, I have worked for Unilever where I have partnered one of the fast growing business, managed Employer Brand and multi-country Total Rewards.

Along with great functional depth, I leverage my creativity, active listening skills and ability to work in ambiguous situations to deliver high performance.

I enjoy listening to Electronic Dance Music, travelling, gaming on PlayStation and following latest breakthroughs in Technology and HR.
