David Wang

Born and raised in Taiwan, Dave immigrated to the United State to study electrical and computer engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. Eventually, the allure of sun, surf, and sand compelled David to move to California, where he worked in the defense, telecom, and high-tech industries. David’s experience at a technology startup in San Francisco inspired him to broaden his horizons by completing an MBA program at MIT Sloan in 2012.

Despite of having the advantage of living in California, David remains a horrendously unskilled surfer. Instead, he is an avid climber and skier, spending his vacation times on alpine suffer-fests in the mountains of the High Sierras, Rockies, and Alps.

David current resides in San Francisco, California.
