David Berger

Hello, I'm David! I am Managing Partner of Broadstreet Global, a private equity firm based in Greenville, South Carolina, that specializes in capital investments within high-growth sectors.

Before joining Broadstreet Global, I served as Chief Operating Officer at Hospitality America, overseeing a portfolio of more than 20 hotels across the United States. Earlier in my career, I held General Manager roles with several national hotel brands, including Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International.

I currently serve on the Executive Board of Directors for Visit Greenville SC and Artisphere, and previously served six consecutive years on the City of Greenville’s Accommodations Tax Advisory Committee (ATAX).

In 2020, I was honored with the Lynn University Distinguished Alumni Award, which recognizes graduates who have made significant contributions to their profession, community, and alma mater. That same year, I delivered the keynote address at the university’s commencement ceremony.
