Three energy sources drive me - the power of relationships, the clever things people can do with the 26 letters of the English alphabet and coffee (long black no sugar). A dose of each taken and shared on a regular basis feeds growth and maintains humility - the latter ensured in my case by having a highly successful partner, three extra-ordinary kids and the perpetual motion machines that are four grand children.
