David Z. Ross
Retired, Consultant, and Volunteer in Volcán, Panama
Mr. Ross is orginally from Dallas, Texas. He earned an undergraduate degree from Charleston Southern University in Business Management and Psychology (1977) following service in the US Navy. He then attended the University of North Texas, receiving a Master's Degree in Gerontology (1979).
Mr. Ross spent his professional life managing hospitals, nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities. During his career he continued his graduate education, acted as a presenter at professional conferences and provided consultation to senior communities.
At this time, Mr. Ross is retired in Latin America and continues to provide consultation in his areas of expertise. He has been active in the Rotary Club, having served as President of the Club Rotario de Boquete.
Mr. Ross is also a lover of books, discussing political realities and history. Travel to new places is always a wonderful thing.
