David Alessi

David Alessi founded the HOA management company Nevada Community Management (NCM), which has quadrupled in size in 2 years, going from 45 HOAs under management in 2019 to 180 HOA’s under management in 2021.

David Alessi graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 1990 and the University of La Verne School of Law in 1998.

In 2001, David Alessi followed his two-year-old daughter Chloe to Las Vegas; and as a single dad, he co-parented Chloe 50% of the time. Chloe has since gone on to graduate magna cum laude from NYU.

Over the last 15 years, Davis Alessi has donated nearly 1 million dollars to environmental, animal rights, and children’s charities – including 5 acres of land in the Santa Monica Mountains.

During the 20 plus years, David Alessi has been in the HOA collection business, his firm has recorded over 100,000 liens on behalf of thousands of HOA clients, and collected over 100 million dollars on their behalf.

David Alessi is proud to say not a single client has ever filed a complaint against him to the California bar.
