David Crone

David is a corporate partner in the business services department at Crutes.

David has spent more than 10 years in the North East region advising some of the area's largest and most successful companies on all aspects of corporate work. Prior to this he played a leading role in the corporate department of a national law firm in Leeds.

David has spent a large part of his career advising public companies on all forms of transactional work - from setting-up companies to numerous stock market transactions.
