David DenHartog

As a passionate student of the world, David DenHartog seeks opportunities to learn, grow and promote excellence in education. Improving the U.S. educational system has been a career goal for David, first as an award-winning classroom teacher, curriculum coordinator, principal, educational consultant, and organizational leader. Researching, designing and implementing education innovations are the core work that fuels David's passion.

After a successful nine years working as a School Designer/Coach for EL Education (Expeditionary Learning) and three years serving as the Chief Learning Officer for Athlos Academies (Education Service Provider) David now supports schools around the country through his independent organization called PannectED.

PannectED works with schools around the world to amplify their successes and build a culture that embraces excellence. Highlighting a growth mindset, PannectED partners strengthen practices that lead to increased student achievement.

Through comprehensive data analysis, PannectED assists schools in identifying targeted improvements and articulating their compelling story. In partnership with innovative school leaders, PannectED helps schools reach lofty goals, while increasing staff retention, family engagement, and student success. David has had a wealth of experience working with school leaders, assisting in designing structures that foster engagement, enhancing assessment practices, promoting rigor, building healthy relationships, and creating a collaborative culture.
