David E. Turner

Partner at Edwards, Kenny & Bray LLP, a downtown Vancouver full service law firm. My practice focuses on commercial, employment, and corporate litigation, including shareholder disputes. I also have an administrative focus, dealing often with the College of Pharmacists and PharmaCare.

I've appeared in the provincial, supreme, and appellate courts of British Columbia. I've made submissions in the Human Rights Tribunal, the Employment Standards Tribunal, and to the Canada Labour Program.

I enjoy going to court, but look for a negotiated solution when it's in the client's best interest.
