About me,

I am a United States Air Force Veteran, with almost 2 decades of Healthcare Management experience. I have very vast and varied experience in a lot of different facets of leadership, healthcare, and education and training. I have led 1200+ direct and indirect reports on a daily basis, manging all areas of operations and strategic modeling.

My track record of financial success speaks volumes to my ability to not only manage strategic and enterprise fund sites, but also lends to the tenacity and attention to detail I bring to my project management portfolio.

Recognized for my outstanding communication and leadership skills and characteristics, I was handpicked to teach and mentor the Air Force's current and future leaders.

I have many years of clinical experience in the pharmacy as well, which makes my Leadership Influence that much stronger. I have been on both sides of the desk, so I have a much stronger understanding of the demand of the strategic vision and operational necessities; while also recognizing the needs and motivations of those that I am leading.
