I have a passion for helping people achieve excellence. I design and modify processes to make businesses more efficient while improving quality. One of the ways I work is by getting hands-on experience with the existing processes to better understand baseline performance, and work with the people engaged in the processes to develop improvements. I identify problems and develop efficient solutions. I work well in a variety of team settings. I have an insatiable curiosity about everything. My favorite experiences all involve serendipity. There is no problem so big that it can't be broken down and solved.

Career highlights include:
Operating a sole proprietorship for five years, including startup, expansion and relocation, operations, management, accounting, marketing, web design, and closure.
Producing a comprehensive comparative study of economic and demographic characteristics of thirty regions in the United States.
Creating a Standard Operating Procedures manual for servicing a client that used 25% of my company's temporary labor force, and training field services trainers to implement it in over a dozen locations nationwide.
Designing a new billing process that allowed one worker to successfully bill a $3 million a year client, replacing an old process that required three or more workers.
