Experienced in working with children (in both a nursery and school setting) individual with huge enthusiasm for the work along with being very self-motivated and committed. Possessing a great understanding of child development, with the ability to manage groups of children and cope with challenging behaviour. Incredibly flexible wherever work is concerned, very creative and always trying and come up with new ideas for children to take part in activities. Caring, patient and approachable team player who is able to establish good relationships with children, staff, parents and carers. My understanding of numeracy and literacy and reading is high. I am aware of hygiene, health and safety and able to put it into practice. I pride myself on my honest and reliability within any task given within the role.
