I'm a non executive director, skills coach, PR consultant working in healthcare and technology, and most recently a Chair of Governors at a school for young people with severe learning difficulties.

I write about leadership, quite simply because it's something I hold extremely strong views upon. It's so often the difference between organisations that work well, and those that don't.

I hope that through my work I'm able to help both existing and potential leaders to become better at what they do
