David A. Karp is Executive Vice President and CFO of Empire State Realty Trust, Inc.(NYSE: ESRT), a real estate investment trust which owns and manages office and retail properties in Manhattan and the greater New York metropolitan area, including the Empire State Building, the world's most famous building. He is responsible for capital markets, investor relations, accounting, SEC reporting, finance, human resources, tax, IT/MIS and risk management.

David is also an active angel investor and becoming an accomplished home brewer.
