I'm the guy who devours personal growth books, is always involved with organizations such as TEDx, Global Shapers or AIESEC and enjoys his free time by either enjoying outdoor activities or salsa dancing. Luck enough to have been born in Managua, Nicaragua in the midst of a big family, I graduated from high school in Australia after an amazing year as an exchange student.

My exchange year turned my life upside down. After college, I decided I was to go abroad one more time. Google showed me the way and led me to a wonderful organization called AIESEC, which provides practical leadership experiences through global exchange programs. Sad to see there was no representation in my homecountry, I decided not to go on exchange and set myself the goal to take AIESEC into my country. A couple of years have gone by and AIESEC Nicaragua is now a reality, being brought up by amazing individuals. Being passionate about start-ups with social impact, I decided to stay in the organization and am now working as National Director of Business Development for another recently established entity: AIESEC in Paraguay.

Fast forward a couple of years later: I'm now working in the transformational education field with Mindvalley, under the mission to spread enlightened ideas to the world and help realise human potential.
