I am a UK Athletics qualified coach (Level 2). I generally work with athletes whose particular interest lies in middle distance and endurance running. I have a Masters degree in Applied Sport Psychology (with merit). I also have a First Class Honours degree in Sports Coaching and Development. Prior to a shift from the business sector to the sport domain I spent 30 years in the IT industry, mostly with British Telecom. I began my life in IT as an Analyst/Programmer and then diverted my skills towards more technical roles providing TLC to Database and Web Server installations and providing both technical and management input to assist in the deployment and maintenance of Integrated Software Solutions. Later I worked in Project Management. My preference is to utilise my Scrum Master and facilitation skills while working in an environment which is driven by the adoption of Agile techniques. Notwithstanding that, I am also a qualified PRINCE 2 Practitioner. �.�7?�|�
