David Singleton is a board Chairman and Non-Executive Director; a respected thought leader and expert advisor to governments and global businesses on resilient leadership and practice, specialising in infrastructure and climate change.

Currently Chair of the Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia, a Non-Executive Director of several Boards including Standards Australia Ltd and Centre for Engineering Leadership and Management and the Global Director of Planning for Arup, David has a proven history in outcome-driven innovation in leadership.

These roles are underpinned by his extensive experience as Chair and Member of multiple corporate, industry and professional association boards across Australia, Asia, Africa and the United Kingdom.

In his 40 year career with Arup his achievements have included the CEO and Chairman of Arup Australasia, Chairman of Global Infrastructure and Global Planning leader and he has spearheaded business growth and global strategy development on diversity and sustainability.

A fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering and the Institution of Engineers David has received multiple awards for this work including four times for the 100 Most Influential Engineers in Australia (Engineers Australia) award and as Finalist, CEO of the Year (Equal Opportunity in the Workplace).
