As a software executive I've led both product and service organizations. I've carried quotas (and consistently beat them). I've had the pleasure of working with clients across financial services, business services, high-tech, consumer products, automotive, legal, and construction. I've worked extensively with CRM (Sales, Marketing, Service) and Big Data (warehousing, mining, cleansing). In 10 years of "Big 6" consulting, I specialized in doing projects that "hadn't been done before," including custom software solutions, process re-engineering, M&A, and IT Strategy work.
I'm the lucky husband of an amazing woman, and father of 2 awesome kids. A Chicagoan for over 20 years, but a lifelong fan of the Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins and Celtics. I've visited every major league baseball park at least once... I've traveled in Eastern and Western Europe, the Middle-East, South-East Asia and North America, but not nearly enough!
