Better companies are balanced in their outlook. They strive to have a positive impact upon the lives of their customers, their employees and those in the communities in which they are based or operate. As a result they outperform their peers in almost every way.

Creating great companies doesn't take any more effort than merely ordinary ones but it does take more discipline.
