A Higher Purpose Life is a tapestry, which we weave together based on those we meet, the things we do and the experiences we have. This tapestry is constantly being recreated, woven in new directions and worked on until the last hour of our lives. My life has been spent trying to see what others have missed. To take the time to know those I work alongside and the lives we touch.

Making my life’s mission the goal of helping those in business to realize that there is a higher purpose we are all working towards. Finding success in moments of difficulty and new growth from different ways. That even those we oppose can teach us something. To challenge myself, those I work with, the businesses and organizations I support to a greater level of performance. We live and operate in times that are filled with sudden changes and issues.

With opportunities and crises in the same moment, with the need to lead and motivate while operating a business within details and processes. A time needing diverse skills, experiences and abilities. Requiring leaders that know how to work in good and bad times, to coach opportunities from individuals and the communities they lead forward. I am here to help, to support the needs of an ever changing business world.
