David Grover

I started my IT training in October 1997 at Career Quest Learning Center in East Lansing, MI. I studied: A+ Certification by CompTIA, Help-desk and MCSE. I was A+ certified 04/17/1998 by CompTIA, I was the first A+ Technician at Business Machine Company (BMC) in Lansing, MI. 1998-1999 I assisted field technicians in trouble-shooting in-house setups for customers networking cash registors. I worked in Help-desk for TSI Protocol doing Casio help-desk on Digital Diaries, Watches, calcultors, and keyboards for a year. I did side jobs in IT for friends, family on the side. While I worked at Target for 9 years. I went back to Career Quest Learning Center in October of 2011 to July of 2012. I recieved an IT Professional Certification, with perfect attendance record, National Technical Honor Society endorsement, Recieved a grade of 94.12 in my time at Career Quest Learning Center. My goal is to continue to work in IT, and in time start my own IT business.
