David Luong

I live in Edmonton with my amazing family. I have a two-year-old daughter and my beautiful wife is pregnant with our second daughter. She is due in just two months! We are also mentors, friends and guardians to four very awesome teenagers. My family is my strongest passion, and even though I'm still new to the husband and father thing, I love the journey and am learning something new every day.

I also love meeting new people and I have a passion for helping others. I strongly believe in being an expert at what you do and sharing what you know, openly, with others.

For fun: I like playing tennis and snowboarding. My favorite thing about snowboarding is that moment before taking your first run. I sit there on the top of the mountain, taking in the surroundings and enjoying the beauty of everything around me. I also read a lot; mostly self-help, business, internet marketing and real estate investment books.

My core belief: Kaizen – Continual self-improvement. I want to always move towards being a better husband, father, mentor, friend and business professional.

Professionally: Currently an Edmonton real estate agent, real estate investor and former retired real estate appraiser. I also run a website where I share free home buying and selling tips and strategies.
