Hi, I’m David. I grew up here in SoCal and live in my hometown with my wife and two kids. Over the years I've been lucky enough to travel around a bit, but have always found myself back here at home.

I value family and community and enjoy being involved with people and groups that are having fun and getting things done.

I'm thankful for my career helping people finance their homes and rental properties. Owning real estate is one of the greatest expressions of freedom that we can enjoy. It offers unique financial benefits with the potential to build durable, long-term wealth.
