I'm a hard charging, goal oriented Afghanistan Veteran looking to start my own Emergency Power Systems service company. (Generator Service Company). I strongly believe that the customer and technician should always come before the bottom line. Customer equipment "up time" and technician safety should be paramout. My company montra would be just that. A drive to always do the right thing, to always keep the customer informed and to keep the technician safe/trained.
I've been in the field for 14 years and hold many certifications in multiple manufacturers lines of equipment. I've worked on all fuel types and sizes ranging from 2.5 kW all the way into the 3 MW range.
I've worked with small companies (10 employees) to very large (200+ employees) and I've seen all types of business models. None which satisfy completely what I am setting out to achieve. I believe that with my business standards, I will be able to set a standard for the rest of the industry to achieve and become a very large player in the world of emergency power generation equipment repair, service and sales.
I have created a gofundme campaign where I am taking donations to be able to get this venture off the ground. http://gofundme.com/au6pfs. Those looking to invest/donate should note that any donation above $500.00 will be considered a loan and will be paid back with revenue from this company. (terms will be discussed offline) Those who donate $500 will recieve recognition in the first company news letter and on the company website (when built). Donations of $1000 or more will recieve the same with a plaque mounted on the office wall (once opened). Donations of $5000 or more will again recieve the same and will recieve one free full service PM on their equipment (up to 150kw). This would be transferable to any customer locally if donor is not within service area.
