David I. Shiner

David I. Shiner is an attorney who has successfully represented victims for numerous years in all areas of personal injury, motor vehicle accident, and consumer class action litigations. Mr. Shiner has devoted his time to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), and the Joshua House in Tampa, Florida.Mr. Shiner has achieved an AV Preeminent Rating, Martindale-Hubbell's highest possible rating for both ethical standards and legal ability.
