David Abel

I am David Abel, a 2006 graduate of Phillipsburg High School and a 2010 graduate of Bethany College in Bethany, WV. While in college, I received a B.A. in Sports Communications and minored in the Spanish Language.

During high school I was a member of the football program for 4 years and a member of the ice hockey program for 4 years. In college I was also a member and starter of our program for 4 years. Furthermore, I was involved with various clubs throughout my time on both campuses.

I have also held some positions (jobs & internships) at some marquee places, such as: Bethany College, ESPN Radio, the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL) and TEST Football Academy, along with published articles featured on the Bleacher Report and RantSports.com.

I am currently working a full-time and part time, however, not in my field(s) of choice. I thrive to be a successful communications employee with a great athletic organization, institution, etc. I am willing and able to do many things and hone the skills necessary to do so.
