I am an operations and transformation leader with more than a decade of experience helping organizations solve complex problems, improve performance, and build scalable systems.

My career has taken me across manufacturing, automotive, technology, infrastructure, and industrial operations, where I have led initiatives in operational excellence, supply chain and materials management, production systems, enterprise technology, process improvement, and organizational transformation.

I have always been interested in the intersection between strategy and execution. I enjoy taking complex or underperforming environments, understanding what is preventing them from working effectively, and building the structure, processes, systems, and teams required to move them forward.

My experience spans organizations including Toyota and high-growth technology and manufacturing environments, where I have led cross-functional teams, transformation programs, operational stabilization efforts, and large-scale improvement initiatives.

I am also the founder of Foothills Consulting, an industrial and infrastructure advisory firm focused on helping organizations strengthen operations, improve execution, and build the capabilities required for sustainable growth.

My academic background includes a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, complemented by professional certifications in project management, agile delivery, business analysis, Lean Six Sigma, and organizational improvement.

Beyond my professional career, I am deeply interested in leadership, organizational design, strategy, entrepreneurship, education, and the development of people and institutions.
